Basic Clean:

Dusting easily accessible furniture, shelving and sills, wall hangings and pictures - a small amount of item removal e.g. photos & ornaments
Clean easily accessible mirrors
Clean surface areas in kitchen and laundry
Bathroom(s), toilets totally cleaned and disinfected
Sweep & wash (if necessary) front verandah entrance

Executive Clean:

BASIC CLEAN PLUS:
Remove cobwebs
Clean exterior of small appliances and interior of Microwave Dust wooden venetians/interior shutter
Touch up light switches
Vacuum upholstery
Dust/vacuum lampshades and wipe globes
Clean cupboard fronts in kitchen

Blue Ribbon Clean:

BASIC & EXECUTIVE CLEAN PLUS:
Wash window sills
Touch up marks on walls and doors
Check and dust accessible light fittings
Remove and dust all photos and ornaments
Clean bathroom vents (exhaust fans)
Touch up prime interior viewing windows (to maximum of 3) e.g. kitchen
Spot check cupboard fronts in other rooms
Empty internal rubbish bins

Carpet Cleaning

We use a hot water extraction system and a power head to clean
domestic and office carpets.

We vacuum your carpets first, spot clean by hand and/or power head and
clean your carpets using the extraction method. Extracting the moisture brings loose dirt and stains from the carpet.

Finally we deodorise.

You will need to allow 2-3 hours for the carpet to dry.

Our prices are very competitive with the market place.

Window Cleaning

When cleaning the windows inside and out we brush the screens, wash the sills and remove all cobwebs on the outside of the home.

In addition, on the inside, we wash the window ledges.

Our window cleaning service is only available for ground and first level windows in homes/units, offices and shops.

Our minimum charge is $30.

Bond/Tenant Cleans

When moving out of your home or unit (owned or rented) you will want to
leave the property in good condition. If you are renting you will be required to do so by the landlord or Property Manager in order to receive your bond money back.

We can help you.

Our Bond/Tenant Cleans can involve cleaning anything. We can do the whole job for you – every room of the property cleaned to the level you require or specific tasks done that you don’t want to do or haven’t the time to do e.g. oven, walls etc.

We can also shampoo the carpets at the same time.
